Job Summary
Absa’s CIB Corporate Technology team is looking for a Senior Technical Lead to develop scalable enterprise applications. The role involves Salesforce development, .NET development, architecture design, and team leadership to deliver high-quality user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Software Development & Architecture: Design and develop scalable applications using .NET and Salesforce.
- Code Review & Testing: Implement best practices for automated testing and code reviews.
- Agile Development: Collaborate with business teams to meet diverse requirements.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of developers.
- System Maintenance & Support: Provide Level 2 support, debug issues, and optimize system performance.
Minimum Requirements
- B-Degree in Computer Science (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong .NET development skills.
- Experience in software architecture, integration, and configuration.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, jQuery, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
- Experience with Agile methodology and CI/CD deployment.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce certifications and experience.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Technical and people leadership experience.
