Job Overview
Pepkor Lifestyle is looking for hard-working and energetic Customer Service Advisors to join a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires excellent customer service skills, accuracy, honesty, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in a professional and customer-centric manner.

Ensure accurate processing of transactions and administration.

Meet individual sales and service targets.

Handle cash-ups and transaction processing.

Maintain store security, housekeeping, and presentation.

Operate reception/switchboard efficiently.

Keep product knowledge up to date.

Receive and dispatch stock accurately.
Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience:

Matric (Grade 12)

Numeracy skills and ability to work with money.

Computer literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel).

Practical experience in financial and administration roles.

SAP experience (advantageous).

Cellular and Retail experience (preferred).
