Job Overview

Pepkor Lifestyle is looking for hard-working and energetic Customer Service Advisors to join a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires excellent customer service skills, accuracy, honesty, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in a professional and customer-centric manner.

  • Ensure accurate processing of transactions and administration.

  • Meet individual sales and service targets.

  • Handle cash-ups and transaction processing.

  • Maintain store security, housekeeping, and presentation.

  • Operate reception/switchboard efficiently.

  • Keep product knowledge up to date.

  • Receive and dispatch stock accurately.

Minimum Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Matric (Grade 12)

  • Numeracy skills and ability to work with money.

  • Computer literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel).

  • Practical experience in financial and administration roles.

  • SAP experience (advantageous).

  • Cellular and Retail experience (preferred).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).

  • Target-driven and customer-centric mindset.

  • Integrity and fraud detection awareness.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Good telephone etiquette.
