Discovery Invest is looking for Service Consultants to join their Talent Pool. The role requires individuals who are client-centric, passionate about customer service, and able to provide world-class service to clients, brokers, and franchises.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle telephonic queries from investors, brokers, and franchises
- Resolve client queries while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Log all interactions accurately
- Provide feedback and updates to clients on their requests
- Route queries to the correct departments
- Adhere to risk and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate record-keeping
- Use Discovery systems for all queries and correspondence
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Minimum 2 years of Call Centre experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the financial services industry
- Computer literacy (MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic mathematical skills
Advantageous
- Experience in a Linked Investment Service Provider (LISP)
- Related BComm Degree
- Knowledge of brokers and financial services
