Purpose of the Position:

Eduvos is seeking a Student Affairs Advisor to develop and maintain strong student relationships and provide support from enrolment to graduation. This role contributes to student retention and a positive overall student experience.


Minimum Requirements:

Education:

  • B-degree in Social Work, Education, Educational Psychology, or Communication.
  • Honours degree will be an advantage.

Experience:

  • Two years of customer service experience, preferably as a student advisor in a higher education or professional development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the enrolment and onboarding process.
  • Manage the transition from new business to student engagement.
  • Support students with induction, orientation, and system access.
  • Handle contract management and student/sponsor queries.
  • Act as the first point of contact for assigned students.
  • Resolve student issues and queries (first-level resolution).
  • Conduct scheduled student check-ins and engagements.
  • Oversee student representation, including SRC and class representatives.
  • Facilitate student elections and on-campus activities, clubs, and events.
  • Implement operational plans and budgets for student affairs.
  • Manage incident reports and safeguarding responses.
  • Promote student wellness through awareness and referrals.
