Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Training-related qualification (advantageous)
- MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
- 2 – 4 years' experience as a Training Administrator (printing industry experience is a plus)
- Experience with e-learning platforms (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and coordinate workshops and training sessions
- Ensure training records and data are accurately captured on LMS tools for easy access
- Work with trainers and team leads to update the skills matrix
- Ensure training records are accessible to authorised personnel
- Analyse training data to provide insights and reports
- Handle general office enquiries and administrative tasks
- Support audit processes and compliance checks
- Provide detailed reports on training metrics and management data
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
