Admin Assistant – Finance: Archives (FINA19077)

Salary: R260,244 – R356,928 per annum (basic salary + benefits)


Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF Level 4)

  • Archive Certificate (advantageous)

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in a payroll environment

  • Computer literacy essential


Core Responsibilities:

  • Support the department by executing effective clerical and administrative tasks

  • Ensure accurate filing of all payment-related documents

  • Maintain proper documentation and record keeping using available systems

  • Perform printing and general admin duties as per set policies and procedures

  • Assist finance staff with various administrative/clerical tasks

  • Ensure compliance with work control and safety standards

  • Reduce waste and promote efficient use of financial resources

  • Provide service that aligns with Batho Pele principles
