Minimum Requirements:

2–5 years of relevant experience in a payroll environment

Core Responsibilities:

Support the department by executing effective clerical and administrative tasks

Ensure accurate filing of all payment-related documents

Maintain proper documentation and record keeping using available systems

Perform printing and general admin duties as per set policies and procedures

Assist finance staff with various administrative/clerical tasks

Ensure compliance with work control and safety standards

Reduce waste and promote efficient use of financial resources

Provide service that aligns with Batho Pele principles
