Job Purpose
To ensure the effective maintenance and accuracy of the administrative functions within the branch.
Minimum Requirements
Education & Training

Grade 12 (Matric)
Work Experience
-
Minimum of 2 years' administration experience
Key Performance Areas
-
Match received stock with delivery notes.
-
File and manage delivery notes; assist with general receiving duties.
-
Ensure accurate processing of documents and number sequencing in the system.
-
Retrieve electronic invoices and match them with delivery notes and orders.
-
Process claims for warranties, damages, shortages, surplus, and expired stock.
-
Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients; resolve queries.

Generate system reports (daily, weekly, monthly), such as:
-
Outstanding claims
-
Negative stock reports
-
Outstanding purchase orders
-

Assist with quarterly stock-taking; capture stock counts and generate variance reports.

Communicate with suppliers on outstanding invoices and discrepancies.

Ensure correct coding, pricing, and quantities of stock.

Handle daily cash-ups and report discrepancies.
-
Liaise with the Regional Banking Clerk on daily balances and shortages.
