Administration Clerk (x2)
Job Description:
The Chrysalis Academy is hiring two (2) Administration Clerks to join the Training & Development Department and the Community Liaison Department. These roles involve supporting various administrative functions within the Academy.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare course documents including notices, manuals, registers, and schedules

Assist with processing new applications and managing waiting lists
-
Capture course documents on various databases including evaluations and roll calls
-
Data capturing on the Learner Management System and AIMS (SETA) system
-
Prepare documentation and venues for recruitment, intake, and graduation
-
Handle telephone calls, document copying, binding, scanning, and collating
-
Assist with shredding of documents in compliance with POPIA
-
File and archive course documents
-
Prepare student graduation packs
-
Create PowerPoint presentations
-
Collect and verify timesheets of EPWP interns
-
Assist with EPWP documentation and student fitness
-
Monitor and track graduates
-
Assist with facilitation and manage all filing of correspondence
Minimum Requirements:
-
Grade 12 certificate with a qualification in Office Administration or Computer Studies
-
Minimum of 2 years' office administration experience
-
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google Workspace
-
Experience using a Learner Management System is an advantage
-
Fluent in English and at least one other South African language
-
Well-grounded individual, non-smoker with sober habits
-
Understanding of youth development approaches
