About the Role
BCX is seeking an Administrator: Resource Scheduler to coordinate and drive operational tasks within the team. This role involves streamlining business functions and working closely with other business units and third parties to ensure optimal service delivery and contract compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Coordination & Service Delivery

Work with internal BCX processes to manage and deliver contracted SLA agreements

Drive reduction in reactive incidents and maintain proactive maintenance to ensure endpoint health

Keep records and calls updated in relevant systems
-
Communicate issues and unforeseen problems with management
-
Collaborate with third parties to ensure services are delivered according to SLAs
-
Liaise with technical employees to ensure service delivery and resolve any issues
-
Assist with technical first-line or remote support when needed

Book devices and peripherals and maintain updated records

Follow internal administrative processes and reporting requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP

Strong administrative skills with an understanding of IT terminology

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum: NQF 4: Grade 12 National Diploma

Experience: 2 years in a similar role

Preferred: Certifications in a relevant field
