About the Company

Purpose of the Position
To assist the Regional Sales Manager in various departments to ensure smooth operations and optimal functionality, including order capturing, SAP management, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities

File invoices, PODs, credit notes, settlements, etc., daily.

Ensure all tasks for the day are completed on the same day.

Assist in the Debtors and Creditors departments.

Manage credit releases to the group Credit department.

Compile End-of-Day (EOD) reports.

Support Internal Sales by contacting customers for orders.

Manage petty cash and other ad hoc administrative tasks.

Ensure all supporting documents are available for payments/collections.

Conduct daily stock take of 10 items.

Receive all warehouse stock and update the Cadex system.

Assist with the monthly stock take.

Order consumables and update relevant registers.

Update daily trip sheets and vehicle inspection sheets.
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)

Diploma in Finance

Experience

1–2 years’ experience in an administrative role

Experience with SAP

Experience in the glass industry (advantageous)
