About the Role
Premier Milling is looking for a dedicated Call Centre Consultant to join their team at the Meadowview Depot. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic link in customer communications, ensuring that their expectations are exceeded through effective management of customer information and processing complaints from various sources.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relations & Communication

Maintain excellent customer relations and professionalism
-
Handle various communication channels, including telephone, email, and web cases
-
Provide first-call resolution with effective soft skills and professional etiquette
-
Ensure 100% accuracy in capturing call information and classifying interactions correctly

Communicate effectively, especially with irate consumers
-
Follow up on escalations and keep consumers informed
-
Manage incoming complaints and execute Consumer Ombuds complaints efficiently
Operational & Quality Standards

Ensure all calls adhere to operating guidelines, quality, and accuracy standards

Provide prompt updates on open cases as per SOP

Handle stress and a high volume of work with efficiency

Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on product details
Minimum Requirements

Senior Certificate (Grade 12)

Customer care qualification (Advantageous)

2-3 years of experience in a customer service role
