Job Overview:
An opportunity exists for a Clerk: Debtors to join the Credit Control department in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will perform various administrative and debtor-related tasks, working closely with Area Sales Managers and Key Account Managers.

Grade 12 / National Certificate

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve customer queries on short deliveries, returns, and pricing discrepancies

General administrative duties
-
Capturing and uploading price claims
-
Releasing shorts and returns
-
Capturing payments and journals
-
Generating daily reports (e.g., Shoprite, Spar)

Uploading claims and Metrofile statistics
-
Assist credit controllers as needed
-
Communicate with internal departments to resolve queries
