Job Overview:

An opportunity exists for a Clerk: Debtors to join the Credit Control department in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will perform various administrative and debtor-related tasks, working closely with Area Sales Managers and Key Account Managers.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / National Certificate

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Sound computer literacy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer queries on short deliveries, returns, and pricing discrepancies

  • General administrative duties

  • Capturing and uploading price claims

  • Releasing shorts and returns

  • Capturing payments and journals

  • Generating daily reports (e.g., Shoprite, Spar)

  • Uploading claims and Metrofile statistics

  • Assist credit controllers as needed

  • Communicate with internal departments to resolve queries
