Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and on-time vendor payments

• Proactively manage vendor accounts and resolve any risks or problems

• Maintain and manage the age analysis

• Reconcile Cheque Register to ledger accounts

• Perform all SAP and administrative duties within the Barloworld Transport division

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)

• Basic numeracy and analytical skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good time management

• Clear and professional communication skills

• Experience working with SAP

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
