About the Learnership:
Are you currently unemployed, aged 18–30, and have a Grade 12 qualification? Tenacity is offering a 15-month Learnership where you will study and work at the same time. This opportunity combines classroom-based training with practical on-the-job experience in Customer Services, leading to an NQF Level 4 Micro Finance qualification.
You will also gain valuable call centre skills, business knowledge, and professional experience to help you grow in your career.
Requirements:

Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy

Currently unemployed and not studying

Aged 18 to 30 years

No prior learnership or skills programme in the past 12 months

Willingness to work shifts and weekends

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Committed to completing the full 15-month programme
What You’ll Learn and Do:

Attend training sessions and pass all competency assessments

Submit a complete Portfolio of Evidence

Assist the Customer Services team in helping customers

Handle customer queries and complaints via phone or other channels

Deliver professional and quality customer service

Complete admin tasks related to customer accounts

Follow policies, procedures, and standard processes

Work as part of a team and contribute to business goals
