Position Summary
The Driver Compliance Administrator will report to the Regional Franchise Operations Manager and will be responsible for conducting compliance audits, supporting operational processes, and ensuring drivers and stores align with Takealot’s standards.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Management (Independent Contract Drivers):

Conduct Driver Shifting and Vehicle Inspection Audits as per SOPs

Remove non-compliant drivers from shift
-
Report audit results to Hub Owners, Hub Managers, and Franchise Team
-
Track repeat offenders and ensure corrective actions and re-training
Pick n Pay Takealot Pickup Point (TPP):
-
Escalate day-to-day operational issues
-
Weekly support visits to Pick n Pay stores
-
Enforce company procedures and standards through audits
-
Monitor performance using system checks and SLA reports
-
Recommend solutions to enhance customer service
General:
-
Generate reports using Excel, PowerPoint or Google equivalents
-
Analyze trends and conduct review meetings with management
-
Review and monitor compliance with SOPs
-
Support Franchise Managers and Coordinators in audits
-
Perform housekeeping audits and other assigned inspections
-
Accurately complete administrative and compliance tasks
-
Work Tuesday to Saturday, 11am – 8pm
Candidate Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Matric (Grade 12)
-
NQF Level 4 / Diploma is advantageous
-
Valid driver’s license
Experience:
-
1–2 years in a supervisory role within a franchise or hospitality industry

Operational auditing experience is an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
