Learnership Program

VKB Milling is offering learnership opportunities within its Engineering/Maintenance Department. The program is designed to help unemployed individuals gain practical skills through a combination of theoretical learning and hands-on experience.

Job Requirements

Must be currently unemployed
Grade 12 / NQF 4 qualification
Diploma or Degree (advantageous but not required)
Leadership and basic management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic mathematical competency
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Passion for engineering and maintenance
Willingness to work outdoors and in physical environments
Strong attention to detail and a learning mindset
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
