Job Summary

Windmill Casino is offering an exciting opportunity for unemployed individuals from designated groups to participate in a 12-month Gaming Operations Learnership. This programme is designed to equip participants with valuable skills and experience in a live casino environment.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics and/or Accounting

Skills & Competencies:

Good numerical and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence and ability to work well under pressure
Computer literacy

What the Learnership Offers

A 12-month employment contract
National Certificate in Gaming Level 3 upon completion
On-the-job training, coaching, mentoring, and assessments
Real-world work exposure in a casino gaming environment
