Role Purpose:
The Administrative Intern (Team Assistant) will gain hands-on experience in various administrative fields, supporting team members, assisting with daily operations, and learning essential business processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day administrative tasks

Assist staff with responsibilities and scheduling

Prepare presentations, reports, and charts

Take minutes during meetings and manage appointments

Handle phone calls and manage correspondence

Maintain paper and electronic filing systems

Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports

Support the implementation of new office technologies
Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification

1+ year experience in office administration
-
Administrative background, preferably within a multinational company

Detail-oriented with a systematic approach

Able to handle multiple stakeholders and tasks efficiently
Skills and Competencies:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with Siemens tools (Spodom, SAP) is advantageous

Good communication and organisational skills
