Role Purpose:

The Administrative Intern (Team Assistant) will gain hands-on experience in various administrative fields, supporting team members, assisting with daily operations, and learning essential business processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks

  • Assist staff with responsibilities and scheduling

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and charts

  • Take minutes during meetings and manage appointments

  • Handle phone calls and manage correspondence

  • Maintain paper and electronic filing systems

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports

  • Support the implementation of new office technologies


Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification

  • 1+ year experience in office administration

  • Administrative background, preferably within a multinational company

  • Detail-oriented with a systematic approach

  • Able to handle multiple stakeholders and tasks efficiently


Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with Siemens tools (Spodom, SAP) is advantageous

  • Good communication and organisational skills

  • Experience in a multicultural environment

  • Commercial understanding and customer handling skills

  • Relevant language skills
