Key Responsibilities

As a trainee Call Centre Agent, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Resolve customer complaints and queries with ownership and professionalism.

  • Participate in innovation initiatives and provide feedback on improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)

  • 1+ year of call centre experience

  • Strong customer service skills
