Job Description:
Fine Chemicals Corporation requires the services of a highly competent and experienced Inventory Administrator within the Operations Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory control processes, accurate transaction capturing, and compliance with GMP standards.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)

• A formal tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Inventory Management is advantageous

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Chemical industries

• Proven experience with inventory management

• SAP experience in Finance to Report (F2R) and Plan to Produce (PL2PR)

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong administrative and organizational skills

• Experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and/or Plant Operations is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture transactions on the ERP system from hard-copy documentation

• Process material-specific job issues and job receipt transactions

• Capture and assist with stock counts

• Investigate stock variances and assist in IQV processes

• Process inventory transactions related to production bookings and planning

• Liaise with planning to confirm job start dates

• Release jobs upon production request

• Accurately complete records and reports as per SOPs and protocols

• Comply with GMP standards and ensure proper product storage per SOPs

• Maintain GMP compliance throughout the department
