Job Purpose
To perform the daily loading and offloading of bread at the depot, ensuring stock is rotated correctly, loaded accurately, and according to company standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Load bread according to picking slips and pipeline sequence
-
Ensure quality control by loading only fresh bread
-
Perform tray count and ensure truck balances are accurate
-
Attend daily invocom (team meetings)
-
Practice FIFO (First-In-First-Out) for correct stock rotation

Report any loading issues to management
-
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications & Experience
-
Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
-
Minimum of 3 months’ experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry

Understanding of in-house systems and business processes

Strong communication (verbal & written)

Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
