Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate (or equivalent)

  • 2+ years of administration experience

  • Higher qualification in Office Administration or Public Relations (advantageous)

  • Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Clear criminal record

  • Driver’s license (advantageous)

  • Willingness to work extended hours when needed

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the Branch Manager

  • Answer and screen incoming calls; transfer or take accurate messages

  • Handle correspondence, queries, complaints, and feedback

  • Prepare, update, and file branch reports

  • Coordinate meetings, including minute-taking

  • Manage diaries, appointments, and events

  • Greet and host visitors, ensuring professional reception

  • Assist in ordering and issuing uniforms

  • Respond to general office inquiries

  • Act as a liaison between the executive and staff, clients, and stakeholders

  • Run errands and assist with miscellaneous office duties
