Introduction:
Pepkor Lifestyle is looking for a dynamic individual to join the Customer Resolution Centre team. The role involves managing, resolving, and escalating customer queries across all communication channels to ensure a top-notch customer experience.
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall satisfaction. This position requires strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently through various communication platforms

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12

One year of experience in a Customer Resolution Centre or similar role

Tertiary qualification is advantageous

Previous customer service experience beneficial

Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
