Introduction:

Pepkor Lifestyle is looking for a dynamic individual to join the Customer Resolution Centre team. The role involves managing, resolving, and escalating customer queries across all communication channels to ensure a top-notch customer experience.

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall satisfaction. This position requires strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently through various communication platforms

  • Resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner

  • Escalate complex problems when needed to ensure timely resolution

  • Maintain knowledge of company policies and processes

  • Use CRM systems to document customer interactions

  • Demonstrate proficiency in social media communication

  • Uphold ethical responsibilities and deliver excellent customer service


Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12

  • One year of experience in a Customer Resolution Centre or similar role

  • Tertiary qualification is advantageous

  • Previous customer service experience beneficial

  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
