Key Responsibilities

Propose process improvements by identifying issues, presenting them to the line manager, and providing supporting information.

Maintain dual Learning Management Systems (LMS) by updating catalogs, ensuring content accuracy, managing document version control, verifying compliance, and taking corrective action.

Support the learning framework by gathering and integrating relevant inputs, ensuring alignment with learning needs, and maintaining a consistent structure.

Implement statutory training requirements by understanding regulations, embedding compliance in processes, tracking participation, and reporting metrics monthly.

Assist with onboarding and orientation programs by collecting content, preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and facilitating monthly sessions.

Enhance engagement in training programs through creative methods, technology integration, and interactive learning experiences.

Manage training administration, including inquiries, logistics, attendance tracking, participation follow-up, and feedback collection.

Contribute to vendor and contract management by reviewing agreements, checking compliance, and escalating discrepancies.

Report on training objectives and expenditure by collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and submitting them for verification.

Support employees pursuing professional qualifications by handling queries and providing ongoing guidance.

Implement and comply with SHE practices by taking the required actions within set deadlines.

Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders by providing feedback, receiving input, and collaborating as needed.

Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
-
Relevant Bachelor's Degree or Diploma

2 to 4 years of professional training experience

Valid Driver's License
