About the Opportunity:

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has exciting opportunities for people with disabilities in its HR Department. Successful applicants will be enrolled in the National Certificate: Business Administration Services (NQF 3) through the Food and Beverages SETA. The programme includes both formal training and structured workplace experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric with Maths/Maths Literacy and English (minimum 40%)
Aged between 18 and 34
Must be unemployed
Must be a South African citizen
Must provide a valid medical record detailing disability
No criminal or negative credit record
Not enrolled in any other formal education or learnership
Willing to attend weekday and Saturday classes if required
Willing to work in the specified region

Key Competencies:

Proficient in English and one other South African language
Self-motivated and results-driven
Good verbal and written communication
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and on weekends/public holidays
Organised and flexible
