About the Job

Parts Incorporated Africa is looking for three (3) General Workers to join their warehouse department in Bloemfontein. The purpose of the job is to carry out general warehouse tasks such as stock taking, binning, picking, packing, checking, moving stock, and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

Binning:

Place incoming stock into bins and refill inventory from bulk storage as per procedures
Assign new bin locations for products correctly
Update bin locations and notify supervisor
Assist with restocking and inventory replenishment
Receive and check incoming stock

Picking:

Pick customer and branch orders on time
Use bulk locations only when necessary
Follow all work instructions from your superior
Maintain customer satisfaction by following set procedures
Help with stock take processes
Perform daily housekeeping duties
Double-check orders to avoid errors and inventory loss
Meet operational targets consistently

Scanner Control:

Issue and track scanners using the electronic app
Inspect scanners for damage upon return
Report any damage to the supervisor
Maintain daily scanner issue spreadsheet

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent in literacy and numeracy
3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred)
Knowledge of motor spares, engines, and warehouse systems
