Job Overview:
UD Trucks is looking for an Aftermarket Administrative Coordinator to support the dealer network in their Rosslyn location. This is a 12-month youth contract opportunity for unemployed youth registered on the YES4Youth platform. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support in the commercial automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage administrative tasks in the aftermarket department

Support regional managers with documentation, scheduling, and communication

Maintain updated records and inventory systems

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

Support new technology/process implementation

Liaise with stakeholders internally and externally

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
